Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival starts today!

Today is the first day of San Francisco’s adored Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. 2014 brings the festival to its 14th year and as per usual, it’s a free event! Located in Golden Gate Park, HSBG includes seven stages and is expected to draw 700,000 people over the course of the weekend.

This year’s festival features performances by Ground Control Touring artists Conor Oberst, Jason Isbell, Justin Townes Earle, Sharon Van Etten, Dawes, The Felice Brothers, Waxahatchee, Blue Rodeo and The Good Life.

Saturday October 4th:
