Ground Control Touring is hiring an Administrative Assistant, to be based in our Los Angeles office.

Ground Control Touring is a booking agency with offices in LA and NYC. We represent a diverse roster of acts which includes Angel Olsen, Conor Oberst, Combo Chimbita, Crumb, Girlpool, Hop Along, Japanese Breakfast, Jenny Lewis, Lala Lala, and many others.

The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide variety of duties in support of our agents and agency associates. The ideal candidate is someone who is professional and personable, able to multitask effectively (while prioritizing time-sensitive projects) and attentive to details both large and small.

Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

· Phones/reception
· Processing show information into database
· Managing flow of contracts and deposits
· Monitoring ticket sales and promotion
· Website optimization and social media supervision
· Management and upkeep of office facilities, supplies and calendars
· Oversight of internship program

Applicants should possess the following skills/experience:

· Prior office/administrative experience required. Music industry experience is preferred.
· Computer (Mac, Microsoft Office Suite) and internet (Gmail, Google Docs) proficiency
· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
· Unparalleled organizational, time management and problem-solving instincts
