How To Book A Club Show
Booking A Club Show :

The FIRST step you should take, before any other, is to CHECK OUR AVAILS! Is the band you're interested in planning on touring? If not, then check back in a month or two for updates on our artists' status. Inquiring about a band with no touring plans is only to YOUR disadvantage. Waiting until the band has availability means that we will be currently thinking about and working on that artist's tour, hence your interest will conicide with our planning, assuring that your query does not get lost in the shuffle. Also look at what type of situation the band is looking for. A band listed as "To Support" is looking to open for a larger band's tour. This means they are not going to be on their own tour. if it happens that you see them supporting another tour and they have a day off around you, there exists the possibility that they would consider headlining a show on their own. Contact the responsible agent in this case.

If the band you're interested in will be out on the road, great! Note the timeframe. Does this work with your own calendar? If so, the best and FASTEST way to get an answer, especially if we have never dealt with you before, is to fill out our offer form. If absolutely necessary, you can also send an email to the responsible agent's assistant, Sarah, Kate, answering the following Questions:

What band(s) are you interested in?
Where do you book shows?
What are the names and website of the venues?
What is the capacity on venue?
What are the expenses on venue?
What sort of PA and stage do you have?
What is the age limit on venue?
Is it a bar, art space, etc?
What type of advertising do you employ to promote your shows?
What acts have you booked there in past? Elsewhere?
What is a phone number and email where you can be reached?
