Hometown: Omaha, NE US I started having premonitions. I woke up one morning six months ago and there it was, all over me, a pressure like wet clothes, telling me the future. I was feeling everything, totally connected. I knew where everything was going before it would go. I got weirded out, thought maybe it was my turn to lose it or that I was seeing god or that I had infectious mononucleosis. Instead of trying to ignore it all these feelings I tried my best to connect with them. I turned to art and started making shit everyday. Songs, paintings, videos, whatever. Out of all of that and rolling around in grass came Flowers Forever. This album doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with these premonitions it’s just where they were found. It was fun making this so I hope you can feel that and us. I wish you were holding a real copy of the album because the artwork is real and means something. |
